Q: Are there any charges for delivery of wholesale herbal products at home?
A: Yes, delivery charges are extra product prices. Once you have selected the product and have mentioned the address delivery charges will get reflected along with the total amount to be paid. The delivery charges may vary depending upon your location.
Q: What if I receive damaged product?
A: We deliver in a tamper-proof packing. If you find that pack is open or has been tampered with, or product inside is not in best condition you can reject the parcel. If you have made the payment already it will be deposited back in your account once we receive the product back to us. Please send the damaged items back to us so that we can issue refund to you. No charges will be deducted if goods delivered to you are in damaged state.
Q: Do I get an invoice for the purchase?
A: Of course yes. You will get a valid invoice for every purchase you have made carrying all the details. We will send a hard-copy of the Invoice along with the parcel and you will also receive a soft-copy through Email.
Q: Is there any refund policy?
A: We do have option of returning the product if you change your mind and do not want to use it. We refund the cost charged after deducting shipping charges and deposit it directly in your bank account. The application for refund shall be posted online within 14 days of receipt of goods. The product shall be in saleable condition without loose seal, breakage or any sort of damage.
Q: What types of shipping methods are available?
A: The products are generally shipped through Airmail service of India and orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days. We also provide option of urgent deliveries which are made through EMS services. Buyer can avail this option in case of early delivery by paying little extra than normal shipping charges.
Q: Are herbal supplements safe for all?
A: Herbal supplements do not contain any synthetic or artificially designed material and are perfectly safe for every individual. These are non-contradictory too and go along with any treatment. Herbal supplements due to their safety and harmlessness are regarded as non-prescriptive. Q: What if my parcel gets delayed?
A: We generally dispatch item same day or the next day. Delivery time may vary depending upon your location and time taken by postal services and customer departments. We request you to wait for some time as these are international orders and sometimes it get delayed due to postal services and customer departments and these are not under our control.
Q: Do I have to sign while receiving the order?
A: We maintain privacy of our customer at all costs. This is why someone needs to sign while receiving the order, if not you then someone who you can trust. We deliver through registered post which needs signature of the recipient. The parcels are packed in a plain pack which carries just your name and address and no other details to keep the information secret about your order.
Q: Do you have any retail store or distributor?
A: No we deal through internet only. Currently we do not have any retailer or distributor.
Q: Do you take orders on phone?
A: No, we do not take orders on phone. We accept orders placed over our website only.

A: We will reply to your queries related to our products. You can contact us for finding out right kind of product for you to handle any particular health condition. We also help you with details about favorable diet and lifestyle changes which facilitate faster and better results.
Q: Do I have to take precautions while storing herbal supplements?
A: If you are worried about expiry date you should know that herbal supplements have very long shelf-life. But yes you need to take certain precautions while storing. Keep them in cool dry place away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. Do keep away from reach of children.
Q: Can I order any quantity of herbal supplements?
A: Yes you can order any quantity of herbal supplements. We have ready stock in sufficient volume to fulfil orders demanding bulk quantity. Minimum order quantity for wholesale is 50 packs.
