Most of the debit and credit card orders are shipped on the same business day.

Below are some of the available shipping options:

• Standard Air Mail Shipping (cost-effective charges) – Delivery within 10 to 15 business days
• Fast / Express Shipping (extra charges) – Delivery within 7 to 8 business days

By default, all the ordered products are shipped through Standard Air Mail shipping only unless the customer requests and pay for Fast shipping.

Note: If you do not get the delivery of any of your products within the above specified time, you are requested to wait for at the most 20 days as these are International orders.

Kindly make sure that you haven’t missed your order’s delivery. Signatures are obligatory in most countries for packet delivery. You should check in the post office nearby your locality if you do not receive your order even after 20 days. Further than that, they return it to us.

We offer international shipping to all the countries except North Korea, Pakistan, and Somalia. You are requested to note that some countries customs and import policies prohibit the import and use of herbal products. It is your sole responsibility to check the policies of your country.

We won’t be held answerable for any customs duties or taxes that take place from your local customs office. We will also not be held accountable for any additional charges the local carrier service in your country may ask you to pay.

Our Standard Shipping Only implies the cost for us to transport your order to your country. If you are uncertain of your country’s import policies, please check with them before placing an order.
